Seems like the figure-makers have a hard time getting the faces/heads right, though...

That Kirk looks more like Benicio Del Toro than William Shatner.

And that "Timeless Geordi" figure does not look like LeVar Burton! Its jaw/profile is completely wrong.

One of the comments said:
