More myth links...

Talk about Myth, other games and anything else (within the rules)

I checked out that OMAG link, cuz Image lived right near me at the time. In fact, he and a few other guys and I used to cart our early PowerMacs to each others' houses for Marathon LAN parties. Lugnut, of OMAG, saw some of my first Frumious Wightblasts back in the TFL days on RiP.

Thanks, sill! :D

I put many of them on the Mything Links page.

I noticed on the MCC maps page that a few of the maps need manually tweaking of the URL's to use "/maps/". Alas, the Ninety Minute Deathmatch map is no longer available... (anyone bet VR has it? heck, I might even have it in The Great Archive...).

Didn't try any..have those already.

I did notice though that http://www.badlandsgames.com/ is still up ! Well, mb not up..it's just an ftp for their maps and the Chimera readme. But it's cool to see they atleast continue to pay for their domain.

Also that one map on the gloomy veil site is weird.. it only appears on the solo maps list, but it has gametypes ?? Strange.

I had their old link (to one of the members' private domains), so thanks for that update as well!

I haven't checked out the map yet, but can always tweak it after we move if it looks interesting. ;)

If you want to send an email, I saw a copy of a "Come back to Myth" promo letter someone posted on mariusnet a month or so ago, although I'd recommend the post from Doctor 7 on the somethingAwful forum you noticed - that's really well done. Or maybe the letter with a link to the forum post?

thanks for the links. I have backup copies of most of these sites, but there are a couple I don't recognize. keep em coming.

On the Madrigal CC site - look under "PermaBeta" maps - last entry:

The "Burl Ives on Crack" map name always struck me as hilarious.

It's not in the catalog. It could be on my HD at home.

Just thought we should give it a whirl sometime for the DeathMatch possibilities.
