Updated links on prime pages

For what it's worth:

I've updated the second line of links at the top of the page throughout the forums, on the Battle Plan, and Private page.

* Project Magma link now takes you to the forums
* The Tain now takes you to the Myth II page
* MWC'08 takes you to the current MWC page

Hopefully someone will find this useful.
