WOW!! A 3-way Draw on Flag Rally!! Everyone got 6 of 7 flags!

NKI does an amazing job defending Flag #5!

It looks like Baak might take it, but suddenly he is gone!

Then it appears that TS could have it - first with a near steal by a flanking wolf while distracting NKI on the bridge, and then with a Dorf attack - but an untimely dud amidst those satchels and pus in the closing seconds of the game spells disaster! (Watch the post-game to see how close this really was!)

Man is this a close one!!

TS starts in the center and places the Bacon on that pile of satchels. Shortly thereafter it is launched - right into Baak's lap! - so Baak takes it to the corner to defend.

At first Baak appears to be defending against both NKI and TS quite nicely, but suddenly it is quite even: 16%, 18%, 18%!!

This one comes down to the wire!!!

Yes, this is a Dead Game!

But it seemed so surreal when you watch it, that it just had to be GOTW!

Check it out! Six Balls in the center! Some good Wight shots from Baak, then all of a sudden everything is stuck!!

What is Kaor's moonwalking Warrior (in the NW) stuck on anyway? Weird!!

And as in some Dead Games, watch as the game unfolds in "auto-pilot" mode. Follow Baak's Thrall on a whirlwind tour of the map! They get pretty far!

The Sudden Death appears to be due to the fact that one ball in the center is contested by Kaor's Thrall and those forever-stunned Warriors stuck on that one Ball! Add to this the already spooky atmosphere of Boil and Bubble and you've got one weird film!

TRES FUNK!! :D

I've got one word for this map and units: FUNKY!!

Check it out! Catapults, Giants with special abilities: Trow that shoot lightning, a Giant SnakeMan called "SoBro", and Giant Stygian Knights (don't they just look bad!!) that shoot toxic green clouds (Wonder what team number four would have had?), and more!

Very funky!!

Teams are Light or Dark and each team is split on the map and each team has two Barons!! :)

Well, not much is going on and then suddenly - with about a minute and a half left in the game - one of TS & NKI's Barons comes into the room where Baak just happens to be on the ledge with his two Barons, several Archers and a couple of Mortar Dorfs! ;)

Baak gets the one Baron before he can escape, but hasn't noticed the TS & NKI Myrk and Trow at the end of the ramp where he's headed! **OUCH!!**

Funny thing is, Baak's units have a discipline breakdown and don't do much of anything except block the fleeing Barons! lol! And check out Baak's last Baron's "act of defiance" !!! LOL!!

... This is such a cool looking map! Even the Overhead Map is cool!

NKI gets the Bacon stuck a couple of times (seems easy to stick on palm trees), then dominates the Bacon with his Fetch for most of the game.

It all comes down to the closing minutes, with Baak flanking, TS coming head on, then Baak coming head on from the other side.

This ending is so close!! OMG!! Looks like Baak was focusing too much on his Archers and doesn't notice that he has moved a bit too far from the Bacon! Then his last Heron gets hit by one of TS's "Adept Dwarves", and TS takes it in Sudden Death!!

Nicely Done!! ;)
